Our goal is not just to feed people but to make sure they feel seen and valued.

At Lawton’s Rescue Impact Mobile Food Service, we are committed to feeding underserved communities in Denver, Aurora, Lakewood, and Arvada, CO continuing the legacy of compassion his father started. Our non-profit organization emerged during the pandemic to address the critical need for food assistance. We provide more than just meals; we offer dignity and recognition to those we serve.

Lawton's Rescue Impact Mobile Food Service was founded by Anthony Lawton Sr. during the pandemic to meet the growing need for food security.

Since obtaining non-profit status in April 2021, we have been devoted to providing meals to those in need

Anthony, a seasoned dietary cook, has served in numerous nursing facilities across Denver. Inspired by his father’s dedication in Hampton, VA, Anthony is committed to continuing the mission of feeding those in need.

Anthony Lawton Sr. began his culinary career in Park Avenue Nursing home Humboldt and Park Avenue 1986. In 1993 he started working Amber Wood Nursing home in Colorado where he would cook for Daisy Anderson, one of the last surviving widows of the Buffalo Soldiers. This profound experience, coupled with his passion for service, led him to establish Lawton’s Rescue Impact Mobile Food Service.

HOW WE HELP

Mobile Food Service

Our mobile food service operates from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, providing meals to homeless families and veterans in Denver, Aurora, Lakewood, and Arvada. We deliver nutritious meals during times when other kitchens are unavailable, ensuring those in need are cared for.

Special Diets

We recognize the unique dietary requirements of families with ill members. Our team is skilled in preparing special diets to accommodate various health conditions, ensuring everyone receives the nutrition they need.

Catering and Cook-Outs

In addition to our regular services, we offer catering and cook-outs for special events.

Whether it's a community gathering or a private event, we provide delicious, home-cooked meals that bring people together.
